Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Seneca Hill. Every parent is concerned with finding a nurturing environment for their child to grow. We are here to help you through every step of the way and invite you to talk with our Admissions Office, Principal, current students and teachers in order to understand our rich tradition and academic program. We hope that you find this information helpful!

Application Process

To apply, please submit the following items for each child to the school’s office by email to admin@senecahill.ca

  1. A completed Seneca Hill Private School application form.
  2. Copy of child’s health card & immunization record
  3. A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate. (Long form)
  4. Copies of the child’s most recent school report cards.
  5. Method of Payment Form

  6. A recent photograph of the child
  7. Non-Refundable annual registration fee ($250)

    An interview with the school Principal or Director may be arranged if deemed necessary. 

Once these documents have been submitted, our Admissions Office will review the application and we will issue an admissions letter based on the information provided.

Domestic Tuition: All Grades

Annual Registration Fee $250 Due on acceptance

School Tuition Fee (September 2021 – June 2022)

  • Technology fee (email address & storage)
  • Before/After School Care

Payment Options

 A $250 non-refundable registration fee per child is due upon acceptance to Seneca Hill Private School.
The balance of school fees can be paid in three different ways:

Sibling Discount:

10% off for second child, 20% off for third child and any additional children from the same immediate family.
